Do you feel overwhelmed by the crazy world we’re living in?

If you’ve been struggling between wanting to watch the news to stay aware of all the changes that are happening every day and wishing you could hide from all the uncertainty you’re not alone. The stress level of almost everyone I talk to has gone up dramatically.

I’ve decided that the best way for me to contribute is to help as many people as I can to find a way to find relief from their anxiety about higher prices, job losses, shrinking retirement accounts and the general unrest, is to share the information I use every day to reduce my own anxiety.

When I wrote the first edition of Letting It Go several years ago, I was still awed by Logosynthesis®, this fast, simple, verbal, stress relief process.  But I got accustomed to the everyday miracles. They became an ordinary part of my life.

Lately I have realized just how much anyone can ease unnecessary suffering with this amazing tool. I’ve started offering free classes in my own community to share the information and help my neighbors help themselves and each other.

I even had the honor and pleasure of sharing this information with a group of professionals in St. Petersburg, Russia via Zoom and a wonderful translator. And this book will soon be translated and published in Russian!

Use it NOW to manage your stress. Give a copy to a friend. Others need it too.

is post is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 25 revised edition, Page 27 original of  Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®). You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com, where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
