I have had several emails lately from readers who are afraid Logosynthesis won't work for them because they are trying to release too many things at the same time.

This tool simply does not work that way in a do-it-yourself situation. It is more like eating the elephant one bite at a time.

I know that for many people, the distress you are experiencing feels like being weighed down by an elephant. Still, you need to start practicing with small things.

You can't predict what images or thoughts will arise any time you say the sentences. Often those thoughts will dissolve as you proceed through the process. If they don't, they become excellent targets for future practice. I often think of healing as taking an unknown path through an unknown terrain to an unknown destination.

Start small, with something that is a current irritation as a target. Be as specific as possible and just notice what happens. Chances are good that you will start a growing and healing process.

This paragraph is a comment I wrote about a passage in Chapter 8 of Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®.) You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
