Creating the right word or phrase to use as a target for the Logosynthesis sentences is a challenge for most people. Don't let that stop you from playing with  the process. The worst thing that can happen to you if you do this "wrong" is nothing. You will be left with exactly the same frozen energy you started with.

Even when nothing much happens when you practice the process you may have what seems like a random thought. Instead of dismissing it, consider the possibility that that thought is a clue to a more useful target.

One of the beauties of this process is that you can't predict the outcome. You simply choose the best target description that you can and trust that your essence or higher self will use it in the best way it possibly can.

Some people have immediate and strong responses when they experience the process. Others experience little or nothing to let them know if something shifted. The way I usually find out is that I completely forget about the challenge I was trying to manage. I sometimes don't even notice that I have forgotten until I am reminded several days later.

So go ahead and practice the process described in the book. At the very least, you will learn something about yourself.

This paragraph is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 49 of Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®.) You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
