Some things are simple but not easy. Sometimes it is a challenge to figure out just what it is that you react to by feeling anxious or stressed. Those feelings are triggered by something but sometimes they seem to come out of thin air.

That is one of the reasons I developed a free 7-day Challenge to help anyone learn to reduce worry, stress and anxiety in a very short time. It takes about 10 minutes a day and you get reminders each day. Of course, you can do it at your own speed. Just save the reminders and open them when you have time.
