I love it when a mom tells me that her teenage or young adult son or daughter has appropriated her copy of Letting It Go. (So far, no dads have told me this.)

My favorite story happened several years ago. A mom explained that her son had been isolating himself in his room for months and refusing to join family activities. After he read the book, he came out and told her, this makes sense and rejoined the family activities. Neither of us has any additional information about why.

My grandchildren also learned to use the sentences when I was new to the process, super-excited about it, and experimenting with it wherever I could. One rather volatile 11-year-old grandson knew about “the words” before the day he scraped his toe on something in the backyard.

He came into the house screaming that he was bleeding. When I checked the damage and saw about 3 drops of blood, I suggested that we say “the words” together. We did. I asked him what had happened. He looked exasperated and said, “Well Grandma, I stopped screaming,” and went on his way.

This simple, easy to learn process can help you release your energy that is stuck in difficult memories, frightening fantasies, and limiting beliefs. Get your copy and try it NOW!

This post is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 35 revised edition, Page 38 original of  Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®). You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com, where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
