Free Your Body from Today’s Chaos

The day started peacefully enough. Then, while I was getting ready to exercise, my computer guy called to recommend an extra layer of protection. I authorized it and left for the pool.

At exercise class, everyone was buzzing because the instructions for installing their new computer app were wrong. Coffee hour dissolved into offering and receiving technical assistance.

After half an hour of managing email and messages, strange things started happening on my iPad. One site after another went down with warnings that they were unreachable because they were unsafe. My computer did the same thing. Panicked, I texted my computer guy, then called him, and thankfully he was available. After several checks, he determined that we were offline.

I called the carrier, but they didn’t want to talk to me because the identity-confirming phone was at the dentist with my husband. After several tries, I proved I was a customer.

Meanwhile, my bookkeeper texted that she couldn’t reach a necessary site, so I tried to help her while still talking with tech support. An hour and a half later, everything was back online except for me. Every muscle in my body felt tight.

Then I remembered Logosynthesis’s three magic sentences. When I used the trigger “managing so many things at once,” I immediately started to cry. As I completed the process, I relaxed and my energy returned. It worked when I needed it.

This post is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 67 revised edition, Page 181 original of  Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®). You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com, where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
