A feeling or emotion is a natural response to something you experience. The experience can be real or imagined. It can be happening now, remembered from your past, or anticipated in the future. Most systems for change focus on changing your feelings. Logosynthesis (this process) has a different focus – the real or imagined experience that triggered your feelings. Your stuck energy is located in the experience that comes just before your emotional response.
