The Logosynthesis sentences still seem magical to me. It wasn’t at all unusual for someone to trip on some present event that reminds them of some past trauma. During most of the years I practiced psychotherapy, it would have taken several sessions of skilled work as a therapist to help my client detach from that trauma. And it probably would have involved him re-experiencing the original trauma. Now, the process is so simple and painless that it can be done in just a few minutes.

This paragraph is a comment I wrote about a passage on page 41 of Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®.)

You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book.
