Releasing one limiting belief can make a huge difference.

Limiting belief: I’m too old to learn this AI stuff.

Sentences: “I retrieve all my energy bound up in this belief that I’m too old to learn AI and I take my energy to the right place in myself.” Followed by the other two sentences in the book.

I immediately decided that I could learn after all.

I signed up for a ChatGPT account and started playing with it. Then I took a class and learned it didn’t always work for professionals either. I learned to comfortably experiment and even ask AI to tell me how to write the prompts I needed.

To shorten a very long story, in the past six months I have used AI to, among other things,

  • Write headlines for these short articles.
  • Provide recommendations for several days in London,
  • Make handouts from a sign I showed it.
  • Be my personal tech advisor to solve previously overwhelming challenges
  • Help me dig information out of multiple files on my computer.
  • Give me a recipe to use up ingredients on hand.
  • Remove blueberry stains from a shocking pink garment
  • Research and outline a new book.

All because I resolved the belief that I was too old to learn.

What amazing things could you do if you gave up a single limiting belief that’s keeping you from finding more fun and satisfaction in your life? Get the book. Start experimenting with the sentences and let yourself be amazed.

This post is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 42 revised edition, Page 44 original of  Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®). You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com, where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
