Are You Juggling Until You Break?
Nothing is broken that can’t be fixed, yet managing the details of first world problems still overwhelmed me.
The day was chaotic: a broken washing machine led to frustrating repair arrangements, then a second company kept disconnecting my calls. When AI helped me connect, I rescheduled the repair only to learn the plumber was coming at the same time to fix the basement leak.
Time was tight so we left for a scheduled exercise class while the house painters finished their work outside and I tried to manage repair confirmations and messages. Then I discovered my phone and email were locked because a long-delayed transfer was finally going through.
After I wore myself out in class, I discovered my phone service was restored but not my email.

Back home, repeated attempts to restore my email failed. The plumber arrived while a tech person sent an impossibly long password and finally took control of my computer and restored my email there, though not on my iPad and iPhone. The washer repairman arrived, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts, and the repair office later scheduled the follow-up.
By the end, the leak was fixed, the painters had left, and the washer was on its way to being repaired and I was completely discombobulated.
I still wanted to write this but was still feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I used the basic Logosynthesis® process I teach in LETTING IT GO and quickly relaxed. I am still tired but no longer jangled. Learn how!
This post is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 58 revised edition, Page 62 original of Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®). You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com, where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
