Most people don’t believe that you can heal deep pain from trauma without a long and painful struggle.

I didn’t either, until I helped a young woman do just that. (You can read about the how I did it in the excerpt you either see here or can find at the end of this article.)

This happened when I was just beginning to experiment with using Logosynthesis in my clinical practice. My amazement at the power of words to reorganize deep trauma led me to explore it further and eventually to want to share this power with as many people as possible.

Now newspaper articles are lamenting the amount of anxiety so many people are feeling because of the repeated traumas of living in world where Covid has made it impossible to rely on things we used to take for granted. The amount of pain many people are trying to deal with is overwhelming.

When I wrote “Letting it Go” and “Embrace Prosperity,” my goal was to encourage people who were in pain to experiment with using this powerful but very simple process to relieve their own suffering– before the current upheaval in the world.

If you are currently experimenting with this process, let these books help you. If not, get your copy and get started now.

This paragraph is a comment I wrote about a passage on Page 45 of Letting It Go: Relieve Anxiety and Toxic Stress in Just a Few Minutes Using Only Words (Rapid Relief with Logosynthesis®.) You can see the passage in the book. You can also see the excerpt here. This link will take you to Bublish.com, where I regularly publish comments on parts of this book. This is a site where authors share of their work. You can subscribe to my musings, there, as well as to the musings of many other authors. It’s a great place to learn about new books and I recommend that you visit.
